We can't say enough about how good our experience was selling our home through Beninati Associates. Marie and Lee are consummate professionals and covered all the bases there - staging, photos, advertising, etc. . But more important to us was the fact that they "got" the unique character of our property and were able to convey that to prospective buyers. As a result it took only two showings to find the perfect buyer. We couldn't 't be happier.
