Very Lovely experience
Absolutely disappointed.. I got an appointment after trying lot of time. It was last Saturday, I haven’t got any confirmation mail or text regarding the appointment. So, I called them in Saturday morning to make sure about the time and the phone answered saying that ‘we are not working on Saturday’. So, I didn’t went there. Again I booked an appointment for today which is 8th May, got an appointment at 12:20pm, when I get in to the reception, staff completely ignored me. I see 2 doctors a male and female that have both made me feel so at ease and comfortable, getting an appointment is difficult I couldn't get through on the phone to get an appointment
