I have been eating at benihana my whole life. The salad and sauces were missing, steamed chicken with no flavor came, and I paid extra for the mustard sauce which was missing. The soup was basically hot soy sauce with mushrooms, not onion broth soup like benihana. Not sure what this is but I will never be ordering from here again. It is NOT benihana
Very misleading labeling this as Benihana. Being inside of Kona grill is first red flag. The rice looked nothing like and tasted nothing like real Benihana. What a horrible and disappointing experience. Waste of money. Don’t go into this with high expectations.
Menu incorrect from website. Rude server
Ordered Grubhub, emperor feast, the food was horrible, the soup had so much salt I about puked, the vegetables were wilted and appeared like they came from can. Serving size was ridiculously small. Meat quality bad, This has got to be the worse location of this chain around! Very disappointed!
This is not the same as Benihana, absolutely not the same. Sure it’s edible, but it’s not it. Yum yum sauce was terrible. Steak and chicken were good. Vegetables, sides, and dipping sauce not good
