I’ve been going to Benihana restaurant(s) for over 40 years. I most often frequent the Cupertino and the Burlingame locations. This is the first time we visit the San Mateo location. I will preface this review by saying that the servers & restaurant staff were accommodating & lovely. However, I honestly contemplated removing an additional star because of the terrible experience we had with the poor ventilation. Mo was amazing. He read our minds and had things ready before we even asked.
We had a good bday dinner at benihana starting from coming to leave they are very attentive and 5 star! I love it.
Our server Mahir provided amazing service.
