We love the Benihana experience for special occasions. I can make the meal at home on my Blackstone, but this always tastes that much better. The corny jokes are always the same and always make me laugh. . You are always seated with others so that the table is full. Sometimes we chat with them, other times not. This past time we sat with a couple celebrating their 65th anniversary. Wow! Food is good. However, . Ordering food for pickup or delivery is the worst in category. The technology for OPD (off premise dining) is awful. No human after giving up with Online. App is limited and options not available. Large soup is available nowhere. Get a new app and process. Otherwise people can order from Ahi Stralhouse located on Highway 6 near HEB. Better food, similar food, and easy meal selections.
Kelly was outstanding and made sure we all were taken care of . Food was great and service was wonderful
