This whole experience was absolutely amazing I had a wonderful experience the customer service the chefs the serves from Jenny paul and Tom they put on a great show the food was amazing buts let’s take a minute for the manager DAVID H he deserves a standing ovation seriously like he is the best manger ever he deserves a bonus just well organized customer service kind patient and ran the Buisness professional we love behinana it was my daughters bday and I enjoyed every bit
Menu was missing half the options advertised on the website, very overpriced for small portion size. The calorie count was wildly inaccurate, I watched our chef put 1/2 cup of butter on the chicken.. the hibachi chicken meal cannot be 280 calories!! It was definitely our chefs first day.. she clearly lacked training in the entertainment, how to cook the food in the right order, mixed up all our entrees and it was not seasoned properly.
1) Ungodly hot 2) Not gluten friendly despite advertising
Horrible experience waiting over 2 hours for food and on top of that I’m from MD visiting waiting my whole trip in here with unprofessional and terrible customer service. Definitely will not be visiting this place ever again.
