I live in Central Jersey, Edison area, and this was definitely a nicer Benihana than the ones near me. And by nicer I mean the atmosphere and design. We had Chef Jeff and to be honest he was one of the best hibachi chefs I've had in a while just from a culinary perspective, he even got a nice sear on the noodles which was a nice touch that most chefs don't bother doing. His performance was good as well with good tricks and slight of hand. Our waiter frequently came by and was attentive as well. Overall perfect in my opinion!
Great food, service and Chef Dan from Japan aka SteakQuan Berkeley is truly the man with the Master Plan!
