Memorable experience for my wife's birthday. At this Encino location I geeked out like Stevie Wonder staring up with a wide smile at the timber framing post and beam with mortise and tenon joints and notched ceiling joists from a cosy Japanese farmhouse, while we were entertained by staff with culinary, acrobatic, and verbal banter.
