I enjoy going there because if they don't have what you need, you can just let the owner know and he or she will order for you. I absolutely love this store.
Never open on time
The store was well-organized and clean, but offered a limited selection with some items lacking prices. However, I managed to find a suitable item instead of leaving empty-handed.
It really sucks that I’m a hair stylist and this shop is only 4 minutes away from me, but they are never open.. the website will say open.. but it’s almost 12 and they still aren’t open. Which sucks so bad when I need something for an early appointment, only for me to end up having to drive 15-20 mins away, so I can get the products I need. Great store, just super frustrating!!
***7.6.24 REPOSTING MY REVIEW. I POSTED A YEAR AGO, AND GOOGLE NEVER POSTED MY REVIEW, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT MY REVIEW IS POSTED PUBLICLY. HOWEVER, WHEN I LOOKED UP THIS WONDERFUL SHOP ON MY WORK COMPUTER, MY REVIEW WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. SO I AM REPOSTING AND HOPE THAT THE SHOP SEES MY REVIEW!******* Absolutely amazing black owned beauty supply store with excellent products!! This will definitely be my go to beauty supply establishment!!! Excellent customer service as well!!
