Saw Sarah Clark today for my hygienist appointment. Sarah is always so good, very thorough & is very knowledgeable. She always gives my teeth a thorough clean & gives advice about how best to look after my teeth.
I was very anxious and was put at ease & time was taken to make sure I was OK through the whole process...very empathetic.
I'm Really happy here
The treatment was good but I was concerned about the equipment in the surgery . The base of the arm that controls the light and mouth rinse bowl was all rusted and the arm rests were very worn. It did make me wonder if I was getting treatment with the most up to date equipment in dentistry. I was also concerned that the wear and tear of the equipment was not providing the most sanitary conditions for the patients.
