Great carwash. The self wash option is excellent, it does a better job than the automatic honestly but the automatic is decent. My shamy is cleaner doing it myself lol.
Update: After I called again I got a call back and spoke with Zach. He offered a refund or to turn on the wash for me. I told him I am working and can't make it in during their business hours. He offered to bring the refund to my house and apologized for the mishap with the wash Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Their customer service gets 5 stars Paid for carwash. Paid for car wash, car wash did not activate. My credit card was charged. There is no phone number to call for customer service or to get a refund. My wife is looking at reviews for this car wash as I write this, and I am not the only one who has this issue. DO NOT USE BENGAL CAR WASH!!! YOU WILL. GET RIPPED OFF!
