You can use card which is a plus, bays were muddy. Vacuum are free but they didn't work well I had to switch spots with the ones that worked with the side I was cleaning.

Water was barely coming out of the nozzle. And it was make a loud noise.
This place is a joke! Most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. They double billed me for over a year said that it was their mistake and then refused to do anything about it. They provided a few different plates that they had on file for me none of which belong to any of my vehicles. Why I even kept going here for more than a month I have no idea. The power wash system worked as it should. Prices are fare. The wand hoses and handles were not clean. Wash bays were muddy. There's now only one way in and one way out so if you have a trailer it will be a big struggle. Rear exit has been blocked with concrete. I would only recommend this for trucks & off-road vehicles, not nicer cars.
