I bought a sectional from here and they have been awesome the whole way. I believe her name is Amanda and she was an amazing sales lady, I will always go to here for any of my next furniture purchases. They let me take home the selection of fabrics so I could see what color worked best. They, walked me through the custom order, the warranty, and the delivery. The lady that helped us was nice at first then she sent us out to the used things saying that the doors are open to the building next to them that they can help us when we got there the doors were locked and no one was there she sent us out in the cold. Reply to her not knowing: she did know and so did like 2 other people because she asked all you guys sitting in the office chairs, everyone said yes, it's open

The people were super helpful and friendly. However, I am really unhappy with the Lazyboy recliners. I bought 2 Lazyboy recliners for $1,600 and the backs had broken down after a couple of months. Got replacement backs and those were broken down in a couple of months. These recliners didn't last me 2 years. Im looking to replace them now completely. If you need your back supported and want your furniture to last, discuss the breakdown of materials with your sales person. I wish I would have.
