Benfatti technician arrived early, checked system and explained the problem to me answering all my questions and prices discussed. He replaced the broken part and system working well now.
Kind, respectful, and quick. I have never anything but great experiences with Benfatti and the techs they send out.
As always, right on time and got me up and running.
We keep having problems with this system. The guys always come out and fix it. They are great this system that we got which was a replacement because of our warranty hasn't worked right since we got it multiple multiple attempts made to fix problem and hasn't occurred in a while but has shut off again. Again service great product poor
