We blew a tire on the way home from a swim day with our 4 kids. The first tow company I called said, "What do you want me to do about it?" And then they said their tow trucks wouldn't have enough space in the cab for all of us, and recommended that I call Benewah. When I did, the guy immediately got in his truck and came out to help. Really happy with the professionalism, speed, and friendliness!

We just moved here from Southeastern Idaho and I called this shop about having the wheel bearings replaced on my wife’s car and informed them we already had the parts. Was immediately told by this shop (rather curtly) “we do not do customer supplied parts.” I have participated in a number of cases under the Idaho Consumer Protection Act and I am telling you that anytime you have an auto mechanic telling you that they do not permit a customer to use anything but the parts the mechanic supplies, it is a SCAM.
