Quill (the mechanic) and Gail (parts counter) helped me with my truck in a pinch while traveling with my travel trailer and family. I had a dead throttle pedal and Quill expertly diagnosed and coached me through the repair needed- saving me $1000 on an unneeded part purchase I was pretty motivated to do. Gail went above and beyond cross referencing the parts and helping me track them down out side of his usual supply chain (due to my time constraints).
