I get excellent care from my doctor at Intercoastal, but the radiology department is either severely understaffed or poorly managed. Scheduling of routine imaging is several months out, and you wait on hold forever. After being told I had to wait 3 months for a mammogram and 6 months for a bone density test there, I called a nearby imaging facility and was scheduled one week out for the same tests. Also a human answered the phone within one minute.
