Based on a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment with Dr. Shannon almost two months ago. It was for 11:00 am this morning. I filled out all of the paperwork as soon as it was sent to me weeks ago. I received a call at 10:00 am this morning canceling my appointment because they did not accept my insurance plan.
