Was a nurse from an outside facility that had a patient to see. The ALF is disgusting, dirty, had wallpaper hanging off the walls and the AC was not working. I would say it was a good 85° in there. Talk about a place for bacteria to brew. Even the driveway to get in was a mess. My patient was seen bending over in his wheelchair trying to dry up all of the water from his shower. No staff around. I had a wonderful experience here at aspire the staff has been kind it’s quite at night for sleep and the meals are tasted if something should happen again with me I will be happy to come back and the DPE has been wonderful all was checking up on me and making me laugh what a great person

My 87 year old relative has been in Aspire/Aviata on Beneva . Although it is an older building , what makes up for it is the staff , Robtresia the Social service Director is phenomenal! She has great work ethics , she listens to concerns and jumps in to get things done. She is caring to patients and to the family members helping with the transition and she gives over 100 percent to her job . Many thanks to all the staff Mindy , the admissions director , activities director , Nurses and nurses aides . So kind and helpful .

I'm a CRNA, Resident at Beneva for rehab. My first roommate ran the TV full volume 24/7 ,the unit manager-Devin- refused to move me. He sent me to SMH & Baker Acted me. Adding" insult to injury."They moved me twice and lost all my clothing. I was completely traumatized. Somulent for a week. Rita refused to recognize my packed suit case was a fraction of my belongs. Huge shout out to Anne Burgess for taking all the time needed to help us get moved into Beneva. Her knowledge is top notch. I wish she was at the building everyday. She truly cares about what we say.
