Aviata on Beneva has been a God send to me literally. From the moment I came in to see Debbie in admissions. She was professional, but and compassionate towards David and my situation. David requires full care due to stroke. From the moment I walk in the door the front desk receptionist is welcoming with a smile to the care givers in back (nurses and aids) all hustling to do their jobs. Respectful and helpful. Dpe is wonderful if you go there make sure you see her she rocks she help me and my brother when ever we had a problem
My husband was at this facility for about a month. As a family, we had so many good experiences with them. They were caring, and very responsive to concerns, etc. The therapy staff was amazing, (Thank you J, Karen and Stephanie) . All nursing and Nurse practitioners were very caring and helpful. Thank you!!
Was a nurse from an outside facility that had a patient to see. The ALF is disgusting, dirty, had wallpaper hanging off the walls and the AC was not working. I would say it was a good 85° in there. Talk about a place for bacteria to brew. Even the driveway to get in was a mess. My patient was seen bending over in his wheelchair trying to dry up all of the water from his shower. No staff around. No care in the world for these residents and those who are fall risks. Why do they have an open shower in their bathroom? Water was ... read more
I had a wonderful experience here at aspire the staff has been kind it’s quite at night for sleep and the meals are tasted if something should happen again with me I will be happy to come back and the DPE has been wonderful all was checking up on me and making me laugh what a great person
