My personal experience has been wonderful..staff are so professional and supportive just what I needed
This group are contracted to my employer, providing a 24/7 support, they couldn’t even do as they even said they would by giving me contact information after a critical incident at work I had, no follow-up calls as they are supposed to. Now I’m a bit of a mess at times, not sure who to contact. Who knows I’m probably falling apart slowly from the inside, I don’t know anymore.
