Couldn't seem to communicate clearly enough to organise a regular time for a call schedule. Repeatedly was left waiting for a call that never came, on what was clearly communicated as the time we would reconnect. In the end I gave up.

10/10 recommend! Anca was such an amazing councellor, she helped me through all of my issues in the short time we had and I had a great experience with her. She was so attentive and we were able to connect so well, I always looked forward to all of my sessions. I didn't want to partake in the sessions at first but gave it a shot, and not only did Anca completely change my idea and perspective on councelling to a more positive one, but she has given me tools to last a lifetime.
