I’m not sure what is going on with Beneplan. I have been dealing with Lucinda M for over three years as a Compassionate Drug Assistant agent with Beneplan. I submitted a claim online as I usually do several days ago. I heard nothing back so I sent an email to confirm receipt of deductible. Never heard back. I called this morning and her mailbox is not in operation . I couldn’t get any answers from Beneplan and their “ reception “ mailbox wasn’t operational. Joel was extremely helpful, was patient and took the time to explain step by step to assist me with the understanding of the legality of the document we were working on.
