I recently purchased an M2 shotgun and unfortunately I was forced to immediately send my new firearm to your facility for repair. I was in possession on my M2 for only a day, when I discovered that something was wrong with the shotgun and decided to reach out for help directly to your company, instead of the retailer that send me the defective product. Quality costumer service, goes along with their craftsmanship. Right out of the box, you can tell a lot of effort went into manufacturing the firearm. You can never go wrong with a Benelli!

I purchased a Benelli 828U shotgun which costs around $2500. 3 months after the day of purchase, the paint on the barrel starting chipping off (quality of the paint is questionable). I sent the gun back to Benelli hoping for them to repair the gun, but they refused to do so and blamed the defect on me. I was expecting a lot more from this company especially with their customer service but I was greatly disappointed.
