I wanted to buy a Benelli M4 but I had a few questions so I phoned Benelli, BIG BIG MISTAKE. Benelli makes the Gold Standard of shotguns, but has a customer service department that is pathetic. No one answered when I phoned multiple times trying every extension. So I left a message for the tech department, Zach called me back today saying they would be there until 4:45pm and he is at ext 2! I recently purchased an M2 shotgun and unfortunately I was forced to immediately send my new firearm to your facility for repair. I was in possession on my M2 for only a day, when I discovered that something was wrong with the shotgun and decided to reach out for help directly to your company, instead of the retailer that send me the defective product. Quality costumer service, goes along with their craftsmanship. Right out of the box, you can tell a lot of effort went into manufacturing the firearm. You can never go wrong with a Benelli!
