Benefits Cafe's team is definitely in a league all of their own. They genuinely care about meeting all of our insurance needs and answer our questions and concerns timely and accurately. We suffered for years under the neglect of a previous broker. BenefitsCafe is outstanding. I came to them with an emergency situation, and they reflected my urgency and avoided an insurance disaster for my company. Their customer service is above bar. They will work directly with my employees answering questions about benefits. They are very knowledgeable. And they have several additional things they do, which add value without charging me.
