These guys set up our small business with a new group policy. Even though we are small, I felt like they always gave us top-notch service as if we were a large company. We had a snafu with one of the carriers during the initial set-up of our plan and they were quick to respond with a solution. They also offer added service to help you with compliance, etc. Very courteous, competent, professional and quick in responding to issues.

As a small business owner, this is the stuff that isn't making me money and I can't waste time on. I've dealt with insurance companies directly and been burned by their sales team and benefits department disconnect. Benefits Cafe made it so much easier for me to decide what the best option was for me and made the process smoother than it's ever been. Benefits Cafe's team is definitely in a league all of their own. They genuinely care about meeting all of our insurance needs and answer our questions and concerns timely and accurately. We suffered for years under the neglect of a previous broker. BenefitsCafe is outstanding. I came to them with an emergency situation, and they reflected my urgency and avoided an insurance disaster for my company. Their customer service is above bar.
