The worst customer service. I have wasted more time on the phone with this company and no one knows what they are talking about. Don't use them! I started my own health savings account. I work hard for my money and don't want the run around when trying to get reimbursed and then losing money is not acceptable. I keep sending the information they request and every time I get another story! FYI-I have now been on hold with them for 30 minutes.

The absolute worst. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You basically have to fight them to get your own money back. I had a receipt with medical office, cc payment, description of service, even the exact TOOTH I had worked on, and they wouldn't reimburse me with my own money. They needed "more information." It's a fight every time to just get your own money back. There was no manager to speak to me and I was told they might be able to call me back in a couple hours.

awful awful company to deal with, you have to fight for your money, when/if you get it it's not the correct amount. They will purposely ignore and not respond to emails to avoid having to pay you!!!
