Great place to work out. instructors are varied, dedicated, and skilled. Atmosphere is supportive and friendly from reception through staff and fellow gym members.

There is no better place around Phoenix to exercise if you're not as mobile. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Go for an assisted stretch session.
I wish I could give it 10 stars. Benefitness is a wonderful haven where people of all ages and adaptive exercise needs can enjoy outstanding caring and knowledgeable coaches. In addition the friendships made with my fellow "travelers", is highly rewarding and I look forward to seeing them every day. Trey and Dom took a look at my knee for me and found out that a 5 year old injury never healed correctly. I was worried because this was under workman's comp at a previous job. I knew this other job wouldn't pay for the PT I am going to need so Dom and Trey gave me a few exercises that should help me. They even offered to help give me adjusted exercises during the group classes to help the knee heal and not flare up while working out.
