Our Rock Steady Boxing program uses special techniques to help people with Parkinson's disease improve their quality of life. Trey and Dom took a look at my knee for me and found out that a 5 year old injury never healed correctly. I was worried because this was under workman's comp at a previous job. I knew this other job wouldn't pay for the PT I am going to need so Dom and Trey gave me a few exercises that should help me. They even offered to help give me adjusted exercises during the group classes to help the knee heal and not flare up while working out. I love attending BeneFitness! The care and 1:1 attention received from all staff is truly paramount. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and encouraged, no matter what your abilities are. The staff is truly dedicated to each members success. My health has improved over the last 2 years of attending BeneFitness.
I have been having a great time at BeneFitness Adaptive Gym. What has really helped me at this gym has been Rudy Coronado, a coach at this location. He has really put forward the effort into helping me with the issues I face day to day. With his lessons and knowledge, I have regained a lot of strength that I have lost over the years.
