Visited the gym for the first time last Saturday. I love the space! Everyone was so welcoming and nice! It is very spacious and organized with different workout equipment from machines to free weights. I also met a few personal trainers who were open to giving some helping advice with working out! My favorite part is the wall of Houston graffiti!

This was my first boxing class and I had SO much fun! I’m not gonna lie it was really hard and I wanted to quit within the first 5 minutes. But I persevered and fought through the pain and it felt incredible. When class ended I felt like I found inner strength in myself. Our trainer Reshaud did an amazing job. I would recommend this class to anyone regardless of your skill set. You will not regret it!

I absolutely love working out here! They’ve helped me accomplish my fitness goals and continue to help me in my process. It’s always super clean which i appreciate especially with the pandemic. Branden is amazing, he’s super knowledgeable and friendly. He’s helped me make adjustments that are improving my overall health. I highly recommend you check it out and give it a try.

I took the boxing class and it was amazing!!! The trainer was super knowledgeable, worked with all of us to get our form correct, took time to explain everything to us, and was very supportive. I felt great throughout the workout and great after! I will definitely be back!
