Getting a one star rating because there is no other lower option. Tried calling them to seek information for Cobra coverage as my current plan is expiring. Their number does not allow you to speak with an agent. I even tried to select the "if you want to use our dial by name directory" option and it keeps hanging up on me. As I read other reviews from BBB, Google reviews and others, it is obvious how they are running the company here as they do not care at all to help
Zero stars. I paid my Cobra premiums on August 19, the first day I was allowed to and its now the end of September 5 and I still don't have active prescription coverage. I should have had my medication a week ago and as of today I still don't know when my prescription insurance will be valid (list price for meds w/out insurance is $1,500+/month). If i could give 0 start I would! This is the worst company, do not sign up for their service is not worth the headache. Their customer service is non existant, I've called and email several times with issues and nobody ever answers or gets back to me. Several times they deposited my benefits late and they stole money from me and when I reached out to HR I had to wait weeks before HR could speak to their representative that gave them some excuse about something they did wrong over a year ago which made no sense.
Every time I contact this dumpster fire it’s another nightmare. The fact is they know your employer has chosen them and you can’t go anywhere else. Apparently they being recently acquired by another company had no impact on their dismal customer service. As I write this I’ve been on hold for nearly 2 hours. I’m holding on because I’m worried about a transaction on my account that I think might be fraudulent. Of course that is no concern of theirs because it’s my money.
