It’s frustrating when things don’t work like they should. Some companies acknowledge it and at least act like they will look into it. Not this company. They just say the same scripted lines until you hang up in frustration. Absolutely will be talking to my benefits coordinators to shift away from this unholy trash of a company.
This company is a joke! I need to access the account and has not been able to do so. I called and the phone prompts make me run in circle. There is no live customer service. Ive emailed them twice and they informed me to call instead. Super frustrating when you cant get any help from this company. Take your money else where!!! Do not put your hard earned money here.
Horrid experience, submissions from doctors offices and even hospitals were 100% denied, guranteed. Documentation provided was never sufficient and always declined. They actively fight to keep every dollar of your money they take, and make it impossible to use it, lost over $3k because they refused to approve anything. Avoid.
