They process claims incorrectly (despite providing ALL the requested information) and they are painfully slow (especially for making corrections). I wouldn't be in this predicament, if there physical card actually worked anywhere. Their customer service is abysmal. There are always long wait times when calling. I have been trying to use my funds for a while and keep getting rejections from my card. Nothing is more frustrating than having to argue for your own money!!!! I called and received kind feedback that went truly above and beyond with customer service skills and the help I really needed to access my accruals. If everyone got to speak to Ms L. Worst benefit provider by far that I have experienced. I was never provided any notice when I signed up with Benefit Resource (BRI) that the deadline was March 1, 2024 to submit claims for 2023 for my dependent care FSA. In my experience, other companies have deadlines lasting at least two more months. For instance, my previous employer utilized Optum Financial and their deadline was April 30th. Getting a one star rating because there is no other lower option. Tried calling them to seek information for Cobra coverage as my current plan is expiring. Their number does not allow you to speak with an agent. I even tried to select the "if you want to use our dial by name directory" option and it keeps hanging up on me. As I read other reviews from BBB, Google reviews and others, it is obvious how they are running the company here as they do not care at all to help
Zero stars. I paid my Cobra premiums on August 19, the first day I was allowed to and its now the end of September 5 and I still don't have active prescription coverage. I should have had my medication a week ago and as of today I still don't know when my prescription insurance will be valid (list price for meds w/out insurance is $1,500+/month).
