Forced to use this company but the service is truly not good
Absolutely horrific customer service, horrible company. Have been waiting over a month to get my benefit card and apparently unable to submit retroactive claims for reimbursement. What a waste of my time and money.
Poor customer service and my money just disappeared “according to the IRS” it’s legit lol. I stayed on to participate in the survey and she wouldn’t hang up. The rep just stayed on the line… that’s a good strategy I guess
