I have them for cobra. I didn't have a choice in companies. They take my automatic payment every month but I have had my insurance canceled 2x since August. Horrible company me and my dental plan can't get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation.
They process claims incorrectly (despite providing ALL the requested information) and they are painfully slow (especially for making corrections). I wouldn't be in this predicament, if there physical card actually worked anywhere. Their customer service is abysmal. There are always long wait times when calling. Despite putting in the correct menu information to direct my call and after waiting upwards of 20 minutes in the queue, I get the wrong department and have to be transferred and placed back in an even longer queue. I have been trying to use my funds for a while and keep getting rejections from my card. Nothing is more frustrating than having to argue for your own money!!!! I called and received kind feedback that went truly above and beyond with customer service skills and the help I really needed to access my accruals. If everyone got to speak to Ms L.
