It's not often that I write a bad review. In this case, if I could have given zero stars, I would have. The company offers benefit plans for commuter benefits. They are terrible to deal with, and their website and apps don't work. I honestly think they purposely removed the ability to file claims so they don't have to pay out their customer's money! I feel sorry for the young lady that had to answer the phone. She was nice, but had to keep repeating the company line.
This is the worst company. I've had my payment auto-paid for 6 months now. It turns out they did not contact the provided and I have no coverage. They take my money, but I have no medical insurance. I've called and they said it would be corrected. It has not for weeks now. Now I can't login and can't get them on the phone. We need this company investigated.
I have them for cobra. I didn't have a choice in companies. They take my automatic payment every month but I have had my insurance canceled 2x since August. Horrible company me and my dental plan can't get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation.
