They have $2000 of my money, and trying to submit a claim is akin to negotiating a peace treaty in the middle east. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
The customer service representatives and their supervisors are totally incompetent.
I dont understand the low ratings have had nothing but great service from this company .
One of the most frustratingly awful customer service experiences I've ever had. I have the simplest of tasks to do and I can't get in contact with anyone. I emailed the customer support email, which gave an auto response that they'd get back in 2 business days (hello??). The call menu is awful at the 1-800 number, it hung up on me twice going through the menu, and when I finally was connected with a person, he claimed he couldn't hear me and ended the call. So how am I supposed to get in contact with them and use my HSA card... read more
