The customer service representatives and their supervisors are totally incompetent.
I dont understand the low ratings have had nothing but great service from this company .
One of the most frustratingly awful customer service experiences I've ever had. I have the simplest of tasks to do and I can't get in contact with anyone. I emailed the customer support email, which gave an auto response that they'd get back in 2 business days (hello??). The call menu is awful at the 1-800 number, it hung up on me twice going through the menu, and when I finally was connected with a person, he claimed he couldn't hear me and ended the call. So how am I supposed to get in contact with them and use my HSA card... read more
No body there
I don’t usually leave reviews for anything, but this company is the worst. Ask your employer to look elsewhere. Never have been denied claims or had account locked or suspended for using an hsa properly, but bri does this constantly. I’d give them a -2000 rating but google only lets me do 1. They’re horrible. Customer service sucks, all about shareholder value, not actually taking care of what they are supposed to. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
