This company is a scam. I signed up for insurance with BPA through my employer. I've paid nearly $800 per month and it's been a complete waste. BPA still hasn't paid claims from 8 months ago and continues to say that they are "in progress" even though my doctors are now holding me responsible for the medical expenses. Benefit Plan Administrators took our money and did not provide the services that we signed up for. We contacted them to resolve the issue and were ignored. We are out hundreds of $ because of this company. We had no health insurance cards or numbers at the "time of coverage" and had to purchase all of our medical services out of pocket. If you work for Benefit Plan Administrators I would like to speak to you about our missing funds.
