The people you speak with are truly unhelpful, condescending, and rude. Maybe everyday is a bad day for them because I'm sure they get yelled at all day long.
Just waited on hold 20 minutes to get hung up on. I spoke to nobody but their message while you wait on hold says they value their customers. I don’t feel very valued right now.
They said I wasn't covered even though my premium comes out of my check. Next, court, I don't play when they don't pay.
I've had many experiences of having to call about unpaid claims that then get charged to me. They always have some reason for not paying. Now my husband has had radiation scheduled for a month, so first BPA terminates his coverage as they suddenly need confirmation that he does not have Medicare for whatever reason. We get that resolved, then it's not approved because they can't read the planned dose of radiation on the information that was faxed from the hospital.
