Avoid Benefit Management Administrators, San Antonio TX This has been a complete nightmare. I elected COBRA after my Cigna policy ended on June 30, 2025, and from day one it has been nothing but issues. Mercy told me she would confirm my elections and let me know that my application was processed BEFORE processing my ACH payment, but she never followed up. Never been so pleased!!!
This has to be one of the worst experiences. I have had. Bernadette is rude and unresponsive and is sadly a supervisor. Lisa was nice and tried to be helpful but could only help so much. Do better. Update to response !! No ma’am. Don’t try it. Rude as can be and many many failed attempts to get in touch. After I finally called a rep with bcbs and they got involved was I able to find out the problem and fix it myself with a simple call to my old HR. YOU were the problem !
