It's been a pleasure working with Chris and Kari. I'd highly recommend them to administer benefits for anyone in Minnesota.
I retired in February in of 2025 it took a month and a half to convert to a private account. It took 5 phone calls for them to move account. I would not recommend them as company to handle benefits.
Website is awful.
Wonderful service. When I call with a question or concern, a couple of menu options and a live person answers. Quick email response. Never had any issues, just admin things: needed a new debit card, had a question about submitting receipt...
