They make you send in a receipt for everything it's ridiculous and tedious for no reason even when it's obviously a medical thing based on the transaction, my HSA never does this it's a giant waste of time. Fix your process.
horrible they've done everything they can by just flat out denying me paid one month that's it please do yourself a favor don't waste your money here do your research and look for a reputable company.
