Sienna was lovely and thorough during my appointment with her on 27 February 2026. Strangely, I originally booked in for 255PM with Alana but was sent an update out of the blue the day before advising I was rescheduled to 240PM. Would have appreciated a clearer email with a different subject title to avoid confusion in the future.
