Benefit brow bar is overhyped. Nobody was there when I arrived, so had to flag down staff and wait until ‘Alannah’ showed up after some time… over 5 minutes but she was in the store. In my booking, Alannah did nothing special to my brows or amazing, took only 10 minutes or even less and had redness and dryness around eyebrows for some days after. Had my brows waxed and tinted here for the first time today and loved the experience! The results were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be coming back.
