I have been going to Zyra for over 15 years at Benefit. I would not use anyone else. She is professional, kind, informative, and cares so much about her profession and ensuring her customers are pleased with the service
I have been a loyal Benefit Brow customer since 2019 after years of bopping around at threading salons. After years of these places, it left my brows looking like distant neighbors and with hair loss. I started going to the benefit brow location in SoHo and met Zyra there. I have been loyal to her since. She’s moved since to two other locations and each time I follow her because I know one thing is for certain, my brows will look like sisters every time! Highly recommend her and Benefit!
