So glad I was able to get an appointment at my favorite Benefit boutique before it closed. My trim and tint were done perfectly and the technician was lovely. Too bad that Benefit is making it harder for customers to have this kind of experience. The NYC Lexington Avenue spot was my haven! So sad to see it go.
