Booked my appointment nearly 2 months in advance, even got a reminder email the day before and then when I rocked up for my appointment I was told there was no record of it because the staff member I was booked in with no longer worked for the company. I was offered a couple of different time slots that day as alternatives but none worked with my schedule and then when I asked if there were specific contact details to make a complaint I was asked “Why do you want to complain? I’m trying to accomodate you”
