I went to the store with my wife, and I have to say I was really surprised by the poor customer service. The associates don't seem to know good manners or decorum (I am positive they don't even know what the word means). I told my wife never to go back to that store. They are rude and have zero interest in helping you.
One of the manager looking person appeared to judge customers based on their skin color, which made me very uncomfortable. I no longer feel welcome at this location. While I understand that stores deal with difficult customers at times, treating people in a way that feels generalized or biased is not acceptable. The interns, however, were kind and respectful.
