One of the manager looking person appeared to judge customers based on their skin color, which made me very uncomfortable. I no longer feel welcome at this location. While I understand that stores deal with difficult customers at times, treating people in a way that feels generalized or biased is not acceptable. The interns, however, were kind and respectful.
I had recently came into this store and i needed help finding a product and I asked a manager for help her name tag said Andrea. As I respectfully asked for her assistance her face changed almost as if I was annoying her. I immediately wanted to ask someone else but she had already started walking to the area. i came in to browse and one of the EMPLOYEES went up to me and asked if i WORK HERE? that’s so weird? wouldn’t you recognize whether or not someone is your coworker? also, i was OBVIOUSLY a customer, not a worker? i was browsing product, and i was wearing SWEATPANTS. such a weird experience
