The sales associate give me the wrong chanel foundation that i wanted even tho i alreafy show her the pictures. And insist its she gave me the right peoduct, now i have to go back and return it because my sister said it was the wrong one
I love coming to this particular store for my makeup. Lynn always has the best smile, Customer service and the best suggestions.
I’ve been to the store multiple times and every time I’ve gone I’ve been disappointed. They don’t greet you when you come in, If you ask for help suddenly, they don’t know their role as a beauty advisor or any knowledge 🤷🏽♀️ Every time I’ve come in, I’ve been followed and not allowed any breathing room to browse. Went to go buy Natasha denona foundation and the associate that helped was helpful but the manager was so rude and didn’t wanted to help the associate that work there.. she asked her question about the foundation and she was like don’t you know to her.. also I asked if I could get sample of the foundation and the manager said this store doesn’t give out sample.. this is the first location that said to me that they don’t give out sample to try on first time user for foundation … this was the worse experience .. manager seemed... read more
