I will NEVER come back here. Despite the ultra positive reviews from other customers over the years, I seem to have interacted with someone who was in a seriously bad mood the day of doing my eyebrows. She completely over waxed and ruined the shape of my brows - making them thinner than they’ve been in years as a result - and was rude in the process.
I had the pleasure of meeting Sara today to originally help me find a better foundation. In the process she educated me on how to correct complexion flaws and wax my eyebrows. Sara is the consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, creative and patient. She asks good questions, listens and is efficient with her client’s time. I do not frequent salons or beauty stores. I would leave more stars if I could! Sara gave me exactly what I wanted and made my brows look better than what I’ve had done in the past!! She gave me a great personalized consolation with brow mapping to give me what I wanted but make sure it fit my face! 10/10
