Trivini who looked after me was lovely. She was friendly, professional and really helpful. It was a great experience.
They never disappoint! My brows have never looked better and I really appreciate the effort they go into getting the shape of my brow right. And really wonderful customer service!!
Today, April 4th, I booked a brow and lip wax and this was the first time I was disappointed because the orange-haired female therapist forced me to apply tint to my eyebrows even though she said it was only thin, but she still forced me and I had to pay for something I didn't want. Very unprofessional. Moreover, I'm used to having my eyebrows thinned but she forbade it even though it's the customer's right, remember, the orange-haired female therapist really doesn't recommend being too pushy and doesn't want to listen to wh... read more
Sorry but I do not usually leave bad reviews but I was not happy with the aggressive sales tactics of the team member....her tally for products sold was clearly visible at her table....maybe she gets a kick back for this? To add insult to injury the eyebrow wax and tint was far from the best.
