Jade your customer service was phenomenal My time with you today really showed me people like you do exist ,Myer are very lucky to have you on their team . Looking for to seeing you again that’s for sure
My appointment did not eventuate, the staff member, Lauren, had apparently resigned three days earlier but customers were not notified and appointment not cancelled. After hanging around for some time Myer staff were most helpful in contacting Benefit for me. The automatic customer response text even asked me how was my experience.
