I always love going to the Benefit counter in Macy’s 34th st! Both brow specialist are professional, caring, and extremely efficient being very skilled in what they do. I am always met with the upmost professionalism and Would highly recommend. It’s very hard to find a good brow person so this counter is very lucky to have two.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. The service was rude and unprofessional, and the brow shaping was not done using Benefit’s classic technique. I left feeling very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
