Chontea, Andrea, and Malachi (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) were absolutely amazing and friendly! I came in not having a clue what I needed I only knew that I needed it. They were able to assist me with a plethora of things in under 20 minutes. What a good staff I’m very impressed with their customer service.

Unprofessional and the store is a mess. I gave feedback on placement of full price items in the sale section and the cashier argued with me. Asked for a manager and she was just as rude. Good luck to this location staying open. I should have just went to Target.

Placed an online order, stood at the counter for Almost 5 minutes while 4 employees were standing around talking about their personal life. No one acknowledged or offered to help. I guess there conversation was more important then providing customer service. Worst ulta ever don’t waste your time going there!
