I’m from out of town, but when I came in to the store, Julian was very quick to ask if I needed help. She was very helpful and provided great information and amazing projects which I ended up purchasing. The Products were amazing and I’ll blend it out well for covering my textured red skin without being cakey. Great service and knowledgeable employees
Huge shout out to Maddie at the Kietzke Lane location! Her customer service was on point!! I had called two other stores and got nothing but people who were bothered by my phone call. I was shopping for a Dyson product. She was happy to help me! When I got to the store, I asked for her because she was so helpful on the phone. In the store, she took the time to show me my options and give suggestions for my specific hair type. The staff at this location are rude and not very interested in helping customers. I don't think you should work in customer service if you're rude. I will never go to this location again.
