My mother and I showed up to get our Brows wax and laminated. We had appointments at 11 AM. We waited till 11:06 and then the service provider walked through the front door. Can’t see us she seem surprised people were waiting for her. Immediately her tone was rude. She asked if we were here for appointments and he said yes. She said I can’t do those appointments so I don’t know how to do brow lamination… Really not sure why they would’ve booked us if the service provider wasn’t trained in service.
