Esperanza is the absolute best!! The minute that I walked into the store she welcomed me with warm and positive energy. While she was doing my brows she gave me soo much information about the products that she was using; which is such a huge help because I understand way much better on how to maintain my eyebrows, beautifully. I highly recommend her, she is the best stylist I've had since coming to this location. 10/1000!!! Highly recommend.
My mother and I showed up to get our Brows wax and laminated. We had appointments at 11 AM. We waited till 11:06 and then the service provider walked through the front door. Can’t see us she seem surprised people were waiting for her. Immediately her tone was rude. She asked if we were here for appointments and he said yes. She said I can’t do those appointments so I don’t know how to do brow lamination… Really not sure why they would’ve booked us if the service provider wasn’t trained in service. Johanna was wonderful !!!! she plucked every hair that needed to be plucked out. My brows are literally twins now.
