I went onto macys website to reserve my appointment. I showed up today and was advised that the person I booked with was off today.. I will not be returning.

My recent appointment with Bertha at Benefit in Montebello was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly talented and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As you can see from my pictures, the results are fantastic—she completely transformed my eyebrows. Her skill combined with her friendly demeanor made this the best eyebrow service I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to see her!
