I never write reviews and really wanted this to be my go to eyebrow place I had a good experience, until I saw I got burned. It did not hurt while getting my eyebrows waxed and my eyebrows were red right after which is usually normal for me, as the redness went down with the day, I saw I was burned. This pic is 2 days after and it started peeling.
Amazing customer service from Bertha as always. Followed her from Macys DTLA. She’s such a sweetheart and very welcoming. I love how she leaves my brows, forever my favorite brow tech. She’s the best of the best.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location, the service is really good!! Highly recommend asking for (Celia.V) she knows exactly what shes doing and is the best brow expert there! She helped fix my microblading mess of eyebrows and completely changed and fixed them. Overall 10/10 customer service and she's always so sweet and welcoming.
