I did not make this reservation. You have confused me with another client. I keep getting reservations made that I did not make. I called the 800 number and was told they couldn't help with store appointments. I called the store and was told there was no phone for that department. Very unsatisfied. No One is In Charge in this company.
I love Bertha!! She's the best. So professional and fast. My eyebrows always look amazing after my appointments her.
Very happy with my brow lamination and wax done by Bertha. I was hesitant to try it due to my short and sparse eyebrows but she assured me my eyebrows will look fuller with lamination and they did! Thank you Bertha for your expertise and great service
