When it comes to personal care services, I try to do a lot of research on the place I’m going to. The scheduling process was very easy when you go to the Benefit website, as well, as in person with their QR code. Stephanie did my brow lamination and wax/trim. She was very professional, listened to my concerns, and took her time with the process. She was also gentle with the waxing! Just got my brows done by Stephanie D. As usual, she worked her magic! My brows look stunning and ready for a night out. She's gentle, consistent, and efficient. 10/10 highly recommend.
I have some sparse/bald areas that make it a bit more difficult for some waxers, but Stephanie does a great job!
Stephanie at Macy's Benefit counter is completely awesome. She listened to my concerns and offered recommendations that worked for me. I tried threading for the first time, eye brow trim for the first time, both achieved my goals. Stephanie also recommended another product for filling in lines and wrinkles and provided a sample to try first. If it works, I will be back to purchase.
