I have some sparse/bald areas that make it a bit more difficult for some waxers, but Stephanie does a great job!
Stephanie at Macy's Benefit counter is completely awesome. She listened to my concerns and offered recommendations that worked for me. I tried threading for the first time, eye brow trim for the first time, both achieved my goals. Stephanie also recommended another product for filling in lines and wrinkles and provided a sample to try first. If it works, I will be back to purchase. She answered all my silly questions, gave me advice and steered me in the right direction of what I was looking to get out of the experience. And helped with product and colors.
