Celines is amazing! I go to her for my brow laminations. She does exactly what I ask for everytime. I highly recommend her.
Decided to stop in the Deptford Ulta Beauty and whil shopping brow products, I was approached by Celines who was very helpful .. She told me about the services that she offered and I was interested in a brow lamination, as I’ve seen them online. Before I knew it, she had me in her chair and I was getting a brow lamination. I found out they aren’t allowed to tint, bummer! HOWEVER they ended up looking amazing and I don’t even think that I wneeded the tint the way she did it!
