I booked a haircut and root color by Delila, but I feel like I was scammed because she ended up charging me for all over color when she said she was adding gloss to my appointment. I didn’t know gloss was the same charge as all over color. She didn’t even ask me. She just put it on my hair while she was washing it. Did an outstanding job my eyebrows have never looked better, I’ve had weird eyebrows since I was little and I never thought that they could ever be fixed, she worked her magic and shaped them perfectly! I had to leave a review because I am just in shock of how amazing they look. I highly recommend you go to her!!! She was also the sweetest and made me feel comfortable I will always go back!
