I have been going to Ulta’s for years and never have I had as much of an enjoyable trip as this one. I made an appointment and came in to get my brows waxed and tinted. This was a new thing for me and Stormy was pleasant, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about al of the products. I will definitely return to see her again.
