This was my first bad experience with Benefits. I chose teeezing only on my reservation, but your beautician proceeded to start waxing my brows. I asked her to use brow pencil after the plucking, She then proceeded to tint my brows a black brown when my hair is dark blond ! My brows looked as if someone had smudged black soot on them. I had to go to my luncheon looking not only strange but almost on recognizable. I am requesting a refund for this terrible experience.
Laura has been waxing and tinting my brows for a few years. My daughter found her first and now I am hooked. She is meticulous and professional. She always makes sure I am satisfied with my color shade. She is so talented.
Mayra Cortez has been filling in for Laura Cano, whom I have entrusted with my brows for the last couple of years. I was a bit nervous about having someone new do them, but I needn’t have been. Mayra is an experienced esthetician, did a fantastic job for me. Highly recommend!
