Went in for a brow wax and wasn’t sure why she put brow pencil and brow gel on immediately after she finished, before showing me the result in the mirror. When I got home and washed it off I realized this was likely done to hide the fact that my eyebrows were waxed too thin and uneven. I’m extremely disappointed and wish I could have my old eyebrows back :( sadly it will be a long journey to grown them back out and correct this. My wife explained how getting your brows waxed could make you look younger, which was all she needed to tell me. I've been to Benefit (with her) several times, and I love this place. I've been to generic places, and this is the same price in a much nicer setting. We've always booked with Ari, and she's terrific - expert, funny, warm, and very personable.
