I’ve been loyal to Benefits BrowBar for close to 2 years, despite the price point, but in the last 4-5 months, they haven’t hired a new Benefits professional here, so instead appointments are still being taken but are being fulfilled by Ulta’s staff — the price is still high but the quality has gone down so so much. Kareema did a stellar job on my brows. She was diligent and detail oriented. I used to come to see Erin all the time and wasn’t sure about trusting someone else with my eyebrows but I’m very glad that I did. I was even more impressed with Kareema’s technique - the brows look absolutely perfect, so I’ll definitely be returning!
Araya(sp) floor associate and Erin on brows were the absolute best. I left very satisfied because they listened to me and didn’t suggest any product that wouldn’t suit me. Nice job ladies!
Erin was amazing! She did a great job. My sisters and I will definitely be back!!
